Telemark Only Night Joins the FIS World Cup and Swiss Championships

Telemark enthusiasts have an exciting winter season ahead! While the Telemark Only Festival has been postponed to May 2026 due to ongoing construction at the Schilthorn, a thrilling night skiing event will take its place this January.

Telemark Night: January 25, 2025

Mark your calendars for January 25, 2025, when the Telemark Night takes over the Stöckalp–Cheselen chairlift in Melchsee-Frutt. This special event runs from 19:00 to 21:30 and promises an unforgettable night of telemark skiing under the lights. Tickets are available for CHF 20, which includes one complimentary drink.

The event coincides with the Telemark World Cup and the Swiss Telemark Championships, held from January 24 to 26, 2025. This weekend will be packed with world-class racing, fun social gatherings, and a vibrant après-ski scene.

• 09:00–16:00: Food court and après-ski
• 10:00: Race start
• 12:00: Final round
• Post-race: Awards ceremony
• 18:00: Traditional “Ländler-Raclette” evening

Saturday, January 25, 2025 – World Cup Parallel Sprint
