TelemarkSamling 2025

TelemarkSamling 2025 is your chance to meet and ski with fellow telemarkers for a full week of incredible skiing in the stunning French Alps. Whether you’re looking for thrills on the piste or deep powder off-piste, this event offers something for every level of telemark skier.

Here’s what you can expect during the event:

Key Features:

• Technique Classes: Improve your telemark skiing with technique lessons at 2-3 different levels, from beginner to advanced, as well as a dedicated off-piste group.
• Ski and Binding Testing: Try out the latest skis and lowtech bindings. If you don’t have boots with lowtech inserts, make sure to bring your own or borrow from others.
• Telemark Instructor Workshop: If you’re a telemark instructor or keen on teaching, join the pre-event workshop in Chamonix from Wednesday to Friday to refine your skills.
• Guided Ski Touring: Participate in a group touring day (Thursday or Friday, weather dependent) to explore the alpine terrain. There’s also an optional weekend tour with an overnight stay in a mountain hut above Contamines, returning Sunday afternoon.

Accommodation & Meals:

Stay in a spacious, luxury chalet just steps from the ski lift and close to Contamines village. The cost of 4,275 DKK includes your stay and meals, prepared together as a group. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided, with the option to pack lunches for skiing days.

Costs & Booking:

• Total Price: 4,275 DKK
• Deposit: 1,000 DKK upon booking, with the remaining balance due by November 1st.
• Price includes accommodation and meals. However, transport, ski rentals, lift passes, and optional instruction/touring are not included.

Telemark Ski Instruction:

Receive 3 days (3 hours each day) of intensive telemark instruction (Monday to Wednesday), designed to help you take your skills to the next level. Instruction is offered at three levels:

• Beginner: For those new or with little experience on telemark skis.
• Intermediate: For those who have skied on telemark skis and want to refine their skills.
• Advanced Off-Piste: For experienced telemarkers looking to conquer off-piste terrain.

Instruction costs 1,100 DKK if booked before October 1st, or 1,500 DKK after.

Transportation Options:

You can arrange carpooling with other participants via the event’s Facebook page or take a flight to Geneva. Shuttle buses from Geneva to Le Fayet and further transport options are available. A private shuttle from Le Fayet to Contamines can also be arranged.
