Skiing Adventures and Experiences

Participants can look forward to “ski experiences” designed for pro skiers that take them beyond the borders of the valley, exploring Sella, Pordoi, and the Marmolada. Additionally, guided freeride excursions will be available for those looking to carve their path through the pristine snow. Vintage skiing events, featuring Ladin clothing and wooden skis, will add a historical dimension to the skiing experience.

Workshops and Wellness Activities

Scufoneda isn’t just about skiing; it’s also about learning and relaxation. Workshops focusing on mountain safety will provide valuable knowledge for all participants. For those looking to unwind, the festival offers snowshoe excursions, snow-yoga sessions, and various techniques for relaxation and energy balance.

Basecamp and Equipment Testing

The basecamp at San Pellegrino Pass, also known as the “Scufons village,” will be the heart of the festival. Here, participants can explore the latest trends in telemark and freeride equipment, with opportunities to test new items. The colorful and lively village atmosphere will serve as a gathering place for skiers of all backgrounds to share stories, tips, and a love for the mountains.

Beginner Courses and Community

Beginners of all ages are invited to discover the world of telemark skiing through free basic courses offered by the ski school Dolomiti from Moena. This inclusive approach ensures that everyone, regardless of skill level, can be part of the Scufoneda experience.

The 27th edition of Scufoneda promises to be an enriching celebration of telemark and freeride skiing, offering a blend of adrenaline, learning, and relaxation. Organized by the enthusiastic “Scufons del Cogo” association and guided by Felice Canclini, the festival continues to grow in content and popularity, attracting ski enthusiasts from all over. Whether you’re a seasoned pro, a curious beginner, or just looking to enjoy the mountains, Scufoneda offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of skiing while surrounded by the majestic Dolomites.
