• Times: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (daily schedule may vary based on facility hours)

• Cost: £675.00 (includes IASI membership, workbook, manual, training, and slope fees)

This five-day intensive course is designed for skiers of all levels, with no prior telemark experience required—though a solid foundation in alpine skiing is advantageous. Participants should be comfortable making parallel turns on red runs, but the course is structured to help everyone, from beginners to more experienced skiers, develop their telemark skills.

What You’ll Learn Telemark Course

• Telemark Basics: Get introduced to the IASI Telemark technical model and fundamental skiing components.
• Skill Development: Progress from a beginner to an intermediate telemark skier, focusing on personal performance.
• Instructor Training: Learn how to deliver effective lessons, including planning, safety, communication, and performance analysis.

Additional Requirements

Beyond the course, participants will need to complete a two-day first aid course, obtain a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check certificate, and complete 30 hours of shadowing instructors, which can be organized at The Snow Centre free of charge.
