The first competition day at the World Cup in Trillevallen has concluded under sunny skies and excellent conditions, making it a fantastic day for the Swedish team.
The course featured a steep slope with a challenging jump, followed by a fast and intense flatter section.
Women’s Results:
Karin Abrahamsson finished in 11th place after a solid first run and a good second run.
Men’s Results:
Olle Collberg delivered his best performance of the season, securing fifth place despite breaking a pole and being in 10th place after the first run. Alvin Noaksson finished 12th, Vile 14th, Charlie 19th, and Oscar 22nd.
Men’s Sprint Results (February 14, 2025):
- Nicolas Michel (SUI) – 1:31.31
- Trym Nygaard Løken (NOR) – 1:32.30 (+0.99)
- Yoann Rostolan (FRA) – 1:35.06 (+3.75)
Nicolas Michel of Switzerland delivered a stellar performance, clinching first place with a time of 1:31.31. Norway’s own Trym Nygaard Løken followed closely, finishing just under a second behind Michel. France’s Yoann Rostolan secured the third spot on the podium.

The second day of racing in Trillevallen also featured sunshine and excellent course conditions. After a fantastic first race day, the Swedish team was eager for another sprint competition. The races were intense, and the crowd witnessed Olle coming incredibly close to the podium. He delivered his best performance of the season so far, finishing in fourth place—an incredible achievement!
“After my fifth place yesterday, I was definitely aiming for the podium! However, I jumped a bit too short in the first run, which unfortunately cost me two penalty seconds, but otherwise, I skied really fast. Still, I’m very happy with another season-best result, and I’m aiming for the podium next weekend in Ål!” – says Olle.
Other Swedish Athletes:
Vile improved on the previous day’s performance, finishing 12th. Alvin finished in 13th place, and Oscar in 21st. Unfortunately, Charlie skied out in the first run.
Women’s Results:
Karin Abrahamsson finished 13th after a strong first run but made a significant mistake on the flatter section in the second run.
